Refund Policy for Ganitwala EdTech

At Ganitwala EdTech, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and content to our users. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are applicable only within the first Seven days from the date of purchase/Enrollment.
To be eligible for a refund, the user must not have accessed more than 15% of the course content.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services, such as downloadable content or live coaching sessions, may be non-refundable once accessed.
3. How to Request a Refund:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ganitwala.help@gmail.com within the eligible refund period.
Include your name, username, the course/product name, and the reason for your refund request.
4. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within Five business days of receiving a valid refund request.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Course Cancellations:
Ganitwala EdTech reserves the right to cancel a course or program. In such cases, users will be eligible for a full refund.
